#ANY DO VS TICKTICK UPGRADE#
– Both TickTick and Todoist use a freemium based model, meaning you can basically enjoy all the features for as long as you want, but if you want more advanced features and capabilities, you have to upgrade to the premium plans. Todoist, on the other hand, doesn’t provide much room to add details or descriptions to your tasks. TickTick provides a more descriptive area for your tasks so that you can add more information to your tasks. Both allow you to collaborate with your team members and delegate tasks. – Task management is the most important component of any productivity tool and fortunately, both TickTick and Todoist do a really great job to make your tasks more organized. But with TickTick, you can have folders for your lists or for your projects, which is great and something Todoist doesn’t have for now.

Both the apps allow you to set priority level, reminders, due date and so on. TickTick uses a three-column format for displaying information, which at first glance, looks very similar to Todoist and both support sub-tasks. – Both TickTick and Todoist have a lot in common when it comes to managing your tasks, whether it’s personal or job related tasks. Difference between TickTick and Todoist Features & Capabilities Todoist allows you to set priority levels, favorites and reminders to help maintain a perfect work-life balance. It helps you prioritize tasks so you can always focus on the most important things first and then move on to the next.

It helps you capture and organize tasks that come to your mind in a to-do list format and the idea of project management is what makes Todoist really stand out. Todoist makes things simpler by breaking down complex projects into small, manageable tasks and put them into lists.

I'll keep thinking.Todoist is a simple yet powerful productivity tool that helps you manage both personal and professional tasks and to-do lists. I honestly can't think of a to-do app with integrated calendaring, all the features you're looking for, as well as widgets as robust as TickTick.
#ANY DO VS TICKTICK FULL#
I'll keep thinking.Just to clarify: you're looking for a single app that is both full fledged Todo and calendar app? Like, not just a way to see scheduled tasks on a calendar, but a to-do list app that also lets you do everything a calendar app would? (I think it's worth it for all the extra features you get, been a subscriber for years.) TickTick's calendar functionality is much better if you subscribe, but you might not want to do that. Just to clarify: you're looking for a single app that is both full fledged Todo and calendar app? No adding tags through hashtag or anyway on the widget. Otherwise I have to go into the app itself and specify the list. All the events and colored and add events from within the widget window, but it automatically add tasks to the default list. Not so intuitive.Īny.do on the other side does calendar perfectly. It doesn't show recurring events, and when you add a new event it opens another app. However it definitely lacks when it come to planning and using calendar. It is a key feature for me to be able to do everything using home screen widgets as going into the app is too much work, and if something takes that much work I will just stop doing it eventually. Very simple and clear and efficient and packs all the features and all the widgets.

Now Ticktick is hands-down the best to-do experience I have had. So it makes more sense just to use one app for both calendar and to-do lists. See I don't like having apps with overlapping functionality.
